Today was week 2 day 2 of the Couch to 5K and I have to say, it went very very well. Maybe it was the new sneakers, maybe it wasn’t. I don’t know, I just know that today’s run went well. I sped up my pace (not a lot, but enough) and weirdly, my stride felt longer and more comfortable.
I am actually feeling really encouraged by this. So I’m still not a runner, but I’m getting there.
But now, we are hitting the discouraged portion of the program….I want to see results, and I want to see them now! This is ALWAYS a problem for me. It hasn’t even been 2 full weeks yet, so logically, I’m not going to see any changes. I just wish I would.
