…A Little Skinnier


I am still on this healthy journey of mine.  It’s had its ups and downs, I won’t lie about that.  I’m taking a break from atkins because lets be honest, I freaking LOVE carbs, but it was a great way to jump start my weight loss.

I’m also allowing myself an occasional crystal light – only because there are just some foods that you don’t have water with i.e. popcorn.  I love popcorn as a snack but the idea of popcorn and water makes me barf lol.

I’ve had a couple of cheat days – I’ve had burgers, i’ve had fries, and I don’t care because if you never allow yourself things like that, you’re not going to have long term success.

I’m struggling a bit right now with exercise – school just let out for the summer and i’m just super duper lazy right now.  I don’t want to go out and walk, i don’t want to exercise.  I don’t want to do ANYTHING.  I’m thinking of rejoining planet fitness – i have to check to see if my insurance plan offers health club reimbursement.

But i’m down 29.6 pounds from where I started, and I’m really proud of myself for that success.  I need to lose more, and I know I can do it.  My goal is another 70 lbs – I’d like to do it by November.  I can do this, I WILL do this.
